Easy peasy, you just need to contact PayPal support and they'll guide you through the process of switching your account from business to personal.
To switch from business to personal, log into PayPal, click on Profile > Account Settings > Account Type, and follow the prompts. I did this last year, and it was a smooth ride!
Just make a new personal account.
