Easy peasy! Just go to your profile in 8 Ball Pool, click on your avatar, and you’ll have the option to change it. You can choose from standard avatars or use a custom one by connecting to Facebook.
From personal experience, just go to your profile settings, click on the avatar, and you can customize it there, including using your Facebook profile pic if your account is linked!
Just go into the settings in 8 Ball Pool, find the profile section, and change your avatar from there!
Head to your profile in the game, click that shiny avatar, and select a new one from the options. If it's synced with Facebook, you can use your Facebook profile pic too!
