Super easy! Just go to the settings menu in the game, find the 'basic settings' section, and you can change the background from there.

I don't think you can change the background in PUBG Mobile. The backgrounds change with different updates and events.

From personal experience, you need to wait for special events or seasonal updates where they sometimes let you change the lobby background to something cool!
