You can't actually change individual cards in Dragon Ball Legends. Instead, you collect new characters and upgrade them to build your dream team!
From what I've experienced, you can't exactly swap cards. But you can customize your team with different characters as you unlock them.
Hot take: Forget changing cards! Just summon more characters until you get the ones you want.
Dragon Ball Legends doesn't let you change specific cards. You get new characters through summons and use them in battles. Happy summoning!
