To swap out a character's face in XCOM 2, go to the 'Armory' and select your soldier. Then head into 'Customize' and from there, you can change their face under the 'Head' options. Easy peasy!

You can change a character's face in XCOM 2 by selecting the soldier you want to customize, then heading over to the customization menu. From there, go to the 'Head' section and choose the face that suits your style. Happy alien hunting!
