Actually, there's no manual way to switch command prompts in Helldivers. It auto-detects your controller. So if it's not switching, your controller might not be properly connected or recognized by your PC/PlayStation.

Just plug in your PlayStation controller before starting the game. Helldivers should automatically switch the command prompt to match the PlayStation layout. Worked for me every time!
