Open 8 Ball Pool, go to Settings, and look for the 'Change country' option. You can change it from there!

I had to change my country last year. Simple enough: open the game, go to Settings, and change your country. Worked like a charm for me!

Just head over to your profile in the game, and there you should find an option to edit your country info. Easy peasy!
