Update your payment method to one from the new country first. Then you can change the country in your profile settings. Cheers!
Just keep using it like normal. Spotify will figure it out eventually.
I had to change my country on Spotify last year. Just update your profile settings. But remember, you need to be physically in that country or have a payment method from there.
