Just pick up a red dot sight from the game loot and equip it on your weapon. Easy peasy!
You can't directly change the crosshair to a red dot in PUBG Mobile, but you can find red dot sights in the game loot to equip on your weapons.
Red dot crosshairs aren't an option in PUBG Mobile's settings. Stick to picking up the actual red dot sight in-game.
