How to change Discord server picture
I've done this a bunch of times. You hit 'Server Settings,' then 'Overview,' and click the existing server icon to upload a new one. Done.

Super easy! Just go to your server settings, click on the server name at the top, and then click on the current server icon to upload a new picture.
Honestly, it's like 3 clicks. Go into 'Server Settings,' find 'Overview,' and just click the current picture to change it.
You just need to have the 'Manage Server' permission. Then it's all about navigating to server settings and changing the icon there. Simple as pie!
