Sadly, you can't change foliage directly within PUBG Mobile. Tweaking graphics settings might help though.

To change foliage settings in PUBG Mobile, go to Settings > Graphics > then adjust the Graphics option. Lowering it can reduce foliage for better visibility!

I found that lowering the Graphics settings to 'Smooth' makes it easier to spot enemies by reducing foliage! Happy hunting!
