Just go to your Epic Games account settings and update the email address there. Easy peasy!

Literally, all you need to do is log onto the Epic Games website, click on your account, and find the email settings. Bam, done.

I changed mine recently. Go to Epic Games website, log in, navigate to Account Settings, and you'll see the option there. Simple as that!
