How to change your hair in Terraria
FYI, besides the Dresser, if you're lucky, you can snag the Stylist NPC in your world. She can change your hair too, plus she offers unique styles that you can't get from the Dresser. Found her trapped in spider caves more times than I can count!

Super easy! Just find or craft a Dresser in the game. Once you got it, just stand in front of it and right-click (or tap, depending on your platform). A menu will pop up, and there you'll have the option to change your character's hair. You can pick from lots of styles to make your character look just how you like!
Just use a Dresser, bro. Stand in front of it, interact, and boom - hair customization menu. Change it whenever you feel like giving your avatar a fresh look.
