Just open your map and look for potential home sites, clear the area of zombies, and then confirm the claim using your Influence!

In State of Decay 2, to change your home base, you'll need to clear out and claim a new one using your Influence. Just scout out a new spot on the map, clear it of zombies, and then select "Claim Home Site" to move in!
