Super easy! Just chat with Tom Nook at Resident Services. Select the 'About my home...' option, then 'I want to relocate.' It'll cost you some Bells, but hey, changing scenery is priceless!

Did it myself! Went to Tom Nook, chose to relocate and poof, new location! Cost me a pretty penny, but waking up to that ocean view? Worth every Bell.
