Honestly, if you can't figure this out, maybe Crunchyroll isn't the problem here.
You can switch languages by clicking on the gear icon in the video player while watching a show! There are options for subtitles and audio if available.
Super simple! Just go to your account settings and look for the 'Video Preferences' section. You can change the subtitle language there.
