How to Change Location in PlayStation Store
The easiest way to change your PlayStation Store location is to make a new account set to the region you want. Unfortunately, you can't change the region of an existing account.

Pro tip: if you want to access content from another country, creating a new PSN account with that location is the way to go. Did this myself to get access to some exclusive Japanese games!
You can't change the location of your existing account! Just make a new one.
To change your location in the PlayStation Store, you need to create a new PSN account with the desired region. Just select the correct country during the setup process!
