Settings > Personal Information > Add Email. Verify it. Then remove old email. Done!
I've done this before. From your settings, add your new email, confirm it, make it primary, then delete the old one.
Go to Settings > Personal Information > Contact Info, then add the new email, verify it, and remove the old one!
