You can change your Operator's energy color by visiting the customization station in your Orbiter, specifically under the Operator's appearance settings.
You can't miss it! Just go to the Operator appearance section in your Orbiter and look for the energy color option.
Fact: I've changed my Operator's energy color at least ten times. Go to the 'Appearance' tab under Operator customization in your Orbiter. You'll see the option there!
