Just did this myself last week! Open the Facebook app, hit the three lines at the bottom right, go to Settings & Privacy > Settings > Security and Login, and then look for 'Change password.' Simple as pie!
Quick tip: If you can't find the option to change your password, make sure your Facebook app is updated to the latest version!
Just go to Settings in the app, then Security and Login. You'll find Change Password there. Took me 2 mins.
