Quick fix: Open Snapchat, tap your Bitmoji icon, hit the gear icon, select 'Password', enter your current password, then type your new one twice. Done!
As someone who recently had to do this, just head into your settings via your profile, look for 'Password', and follow the instructions. Took me 2 minutes tops.
Honestly, if you forgot your original password, just tap 'Forgot your password?' on the login page, and follow the recovery steps.
