Click on your avatar at the bottom left, then the gear icon (User Settings), and go to the 'My Account' section. There, click 'Edit' and you'll see an option to change your profile picture. Just upload a new one, and you're good to go!
Just click the gear icon by your name, head to 'My Account', click 'Edit', and change your PFP. Easy peasy!
Takes two clicks: gear icon -> My Account -> Edit -> Change PFP. Done!
