Click your profile picture on your timeline, select 'Update Profile Picture', then upload a new photo or choose one from albums.
On the Facebook app? Tap the hamburger menu (three lines), go to your profile, tap your profile picture, then 'Select Profile Picture or Video'.
Just click on your current profile pic, hit 'Update Profile Picture', and either upload a pic or pick one from your Facebook album. Done!
