To change your name in PUBG on PC, you need a 'Name Change Card.' You can purchase it in the in-game store using BP (Battle Points) or G-Coin. Go to Inventory > Crate > Use Name Change Card. Easy peasy!

I changed my PUBG name by getting a Name Change Card with BP. Just grabbed it from the in-game store, used it, and voila, new name!
