You can't directly change your PUBG profile picture on PC, but you can link your Facebook or Twitter account and change your profile pic there. It will sync automatically!

Just update your Facebook or Twitter profile pic. PUBG Mobile will automatically pull it from your linked accounts. Easy peasy!
