You gotta adjust your TV settings! Go to your TV's aspect ratio or display settings and tweak it from there.

I had the same problem and fixed it by going to the Xbox One settings, then Display & Sound, then Video Output. Adjust the resolution or calibrate TV to fit everything perfectly.
