All you gotta do is tap your Sim, select the 'Change Name' option, and type in the new name. Simple as pie!
You can change your sim's name by going to the wardrobe. Select your sim and choose 'Rename.' Done and dusted!
Just open the wardrobe and tap on the sim you want to rename. From there, you can change their name without a problem.
