You can't change Splatfest regions on an existing account. You need to make a new one with the region you want. Simple but annoying.

To change your Splatfest region in Splatoon 3, you gotta create a new Nintendo Account set to the desired region. It's a bit of a hassle, but totally worth it for those sweet regional exclusives!

I've done this, and it’s pretty straightforward. Just log out of your current Nintendo Account and create a new one with the region you desire. You'll need a new email, though!
