I recently moved abroad, and to change my Spotify region, I just updated my profile settings and added a local payment method. Worked like a charm!
If you're traveling or recently moved, Spotify might auto-update your region. If not, you can manually change it by logging into your account page and updating your profile info.
To change your Spotify region, go to your account page on Spotify's website, and update your profile settings with a new country. Easy peasy!
