You can't really change target colors in PUBG. You can only change the crosshair colors.

Easy peasy! Just hop into your settings and look for 'Crosshair Color' under the 'Basic' tab. Choose your favorite color and get back to winning!

To change the target colors in PUBG Mobile, go to 'Settings' > 'Basic' > 'Crosshair Color'. You can pick from a variety of colors there!
