Alright, here’s a quick fix: Start Subnautica, go to options, set it to windowed mode, drag the window to the desired monitor, and then set it back to fullscreen. Voila!

Just go windowed mode, drag it to the monitor you want, then switch back to fullscreen. Worked like a charm for me!

If you're using Windows, try pressing Win + Shift + Arrow (left or right) while the game is running. This should move the game to your other monitor!
