Set your Xbox One to use a static IP address. Then, open specific ports on your router: UDP: 88, UDP: 3074, UDP: 3544, UDP: 4500. Doing this should help you switch your NAT type to open or moderate.

Here's a quick tip: enabling UPnP on your router can often auto-fix the NAT issues. It worked for me and saved me loads of headache.

You can change the NAT type on your Xbox One by accessing your router settings. Go to your router's admin page, usually found at an IP address like 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.0.1. Once logged in, look for the UPnP (Universal Plug and Play) settings and ensure it's enabled. After that, restart your Xbox One and check if the NAT type has changed.

If you're a Xbox player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Xbox gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
