Open Among Us on your iPhone, head to the main menu, and tap the gear icon in the upper-right corner. You'll find all the settings you can tweak there!

Just hit the gear icon on the main screen when you start Among Us. It's in the top-right corner. Easy peasy!

You can't really customize much except for the game settings as the host. Otherwise, just use the gear icon in the main menu.
