Unfortunately, you can't change the town name in BitLife. You're stuck with whatever city you start in or move to through events.
Changing the town name isn't an option in BitLife, but you can still choose from a variety of cities to begin your journey or move to.
You can't change town names in BitLife. I think the randomness adds to the game's charm though.
