Changing your Valorant location isn't as straightforward as clicking a button in the game settings, unfortunately. You actually need to contact Riot Games support directly for this. Just head over to their support page, submit a ticket explaining your situation, and they'll help you out. Make sure you have a good reason though, because they might ask why you're looking to make the switch!
Actually, when I moved countries, I had to change my Valorant account location. I contacted Riot Support like others have said, and it was a pretty smooth process. They did ask for proof of my move, like a utility bill, so heads up on that. But once you provide what they need, they update your location relatively fast.
