Just move the Fortnite folder to your desired location and then point the Epic Games Launcher to it! Go to Settings > Manage Games > Fortnite and then change the installation directory.

Reinstalling on a new drive is the sure-fire way. Backup your game files first if you don't want to redownload everything.

Copy the Fortnite game files to the new location. Then, uninstall Fortnite from the launcher, and reinstall. When it asks where to install, select the new location. It'll find the files and save you a download!
