Just ask the server admin lol. If you're the admin and don't know how to do it, maybe reconsider being an admin. JK, but seriously, it's all about that settings file. Alter it, save it, reboot server. Easy peasy.
Honestly, messing with server settings can cause more harm than good if you don't know what you're doing. Sometimes it's best to keep things vanilla and enjoy the game as it is.
