You can also change it via your PC. Just go to account.microsoft.com, sign in, and click on 'Your info' to make changes to your Xbox Live profile.

Super easy! On your Xbox console, just press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide, go to 'Profile & system,' select your profile, and then 'My profile.' From there, you can customize away!
