In Bloxburg, you can change your age during the character creation process, but after that, you can't directly adjust your age in-game. Time to create a new character!

Unfortunately, there's no option to change your age once your character is created in Bloxburg. You'll have to start from scratch with a new character.

Just delete your old character and create a new one! It's as simple as that!
