You can change your age by navigating to the settings in Among Us and selecting 'Change Age.' If you can't find it, reinstalling the game is a workaround.

Reinstall the game and make sure to enter your correct age when prompted during setup. Annoying but it works!

From my personal experience, the easiest way to change your age is to uninstall Among Us, reinstall it, and enter the new age when prompted.
