Unfortunately, once you set your age in Among Us, there's no way to change it directly in the app. Your best bet is to reinstall the game.
I had this issue too! The only workaround I found was to delete the app and reinstall it. On start-up, you'll have to re-enter your age. Just be aware that this might reset your game data!
You can't change it. Just be honest next time.
