You can't actually change your birthday on Discord yourself. Just open a support ticket with Discord, and they'll handle it for you!

FYI, you have to contact Discord support to change your birthday. It's a bit of a hassle, but there's no in-app option.

Shoot Discord support a message with your ID and new birthdate. Easy peasy, they'll sort it out.
