You can't change your team color in Pokémon GO once you've picked it, but you can customize your avatar's clothing! To do that, tap on your avatar, then tap on 'Style,' and you can change your outfit to almost anything you want!

Once you've chosen a team (Mystic, Valor, or Instinct), you can't switch colors unless you make a new account. However, you can always change your avatar style.
