If you鈥檙e on PC, you can edit the config file in the game's save data folder. It鈥檚 a bit tricky, so reset is usually easier!
To change your name, start a new game and enter the name you want at the beginning. Just be warned: doing this means losing your current progress.
Start over from the game's main menu. That's the surefire way. Just type in the new name when prompted.
