Easy! Just head to Avatar → Body → Scale and adjust your Height there. Taller or shorter, it's all up to you.
In the Avatar settings, find the Body tab, then Scale. You can modify your height there with the Height slider.
Too many steps! Just go to the Avatar Editor, select Body, and use the Height slider to make your change.
You can’t actually change your height in-game automatically. It's all about adjusting your avatar settings under Body and Scale.
