Just did this myself. Go to Settings & Privacy, then settings, and you'll find the 'Name' option there to make your changes.
Settings > Privacy & Settings > Name. Not rocket science.
Head to Settings & Privacy -> Settings -> then click 'Name' under Personal Information and change your last name. Done!
Click on the down arrow at the top right, go to Settings & Privacy -> Settings -> Personal Info -> Name, and edit away!
