I've tried this myself; you can't change your PSN region. The only way around it is to set up a new account with a different email.

Unfortunately, PSN doesn't allow you to change regions on a current account. You'd have to create a new account specifically for the region you want.

It's not possible to change your PSN region directly. You must create a new PSN account with the region you want.

You can't change the region of an existing PSN account. Instead, you'll need to create a new one with the desired region. Just make sure to use a different email address.
