Unfortunately, you can't change the region on your PS5 once the account is created. You'll need to make a new PSN account with the desired region. Just remember to use a different email!

You can’t change your region on a PS5 account. Create a fresh one with the region you need instead.

First-hand experience here: I had to create a new PSN account with a new email to change my region. It's a bit of a hassle, but it works!
