How to Change Your Splatoon Character
To change your character in Splatoon, just head over to the Equip menu. From there, you can switch between different weapons, gear, and abilities!

Been playing for years! Just go to the Equip menu in the lobby area. Change gear and weapons easily.
You can't actually change your character's species once you've started, but you can totally customize gear and abilities!
