When you're ready to switch teams, resign from your current team via the 'My Team' section in the front office. Then, you can accept a new offer from another team. Easy peasy!
From my experience, click on 'My Team' in the main menu, then click the 'Resign' button. Offers from other teams will start rolling in quickly after!
